| Pro-Finer Chemicals
was established in 1967 as an Oklahoma corporation by Mr.
L.C. (Bud) Camblin, Jr. The original principal products manufactured
were chemicals for the producing and refining segments of
the petroleum industry. For several years, the primary emphasis
was in the manufacture and sales of petroleum refining chemicals
such as demulsifiers, corrosion inhibitors and antifoulant
compounds. Later, the manufacture and sale of crude oil production
and crude pipeline chemicals became the focus as refining
chemical sales declined due to the closing of several petroleum
refineries in the mid-continent region. |

| Research and development
of solid stick foamers for the natural gas drilling and producing
industry started in 1991. With a great deal of help and feedback
from oilfield supply store personnel in the gas producing
areas of Kansas, Oklahoma and Texas and from gas well operators
and field men who tested the products and provided their valued
opinions, Pro-Finer Solid Stick Foamers became available in
oilfield supply stores in 1992. |
