APPLICATION
METHOD:
In many drilling
operations, mixtures of foamer and water are used to help
maintain a clean hole by continuously dispersing and removing
cuttings from the hole via the circulating fluids. In addition,
the mixture acts to help cool and lubricate the drill bit
during the drilling operation. The amount of "DrillWell"
™ foamer used will vary depending on the various drilling
operation conditions. As a general rule of thumb, two to six
"DrillWell" ™ solid sticks are equal to one
gallon of liquid foamer, depending on the active strength
of the liquid foamer normally used. |

PRODUCT
DESCRIPTION:
Pro-Finer Roc-It "DrillWell"
™ is a concentrated blend of surfactants and
foamers in an easy to use stick form. It is an effective
and practical alternative to liquid drilling foamers, many
of which carry hazardous materials classifications due to
their liquid solvent systems. "DrillWell" ™
solid stick foamer is a non-hazardous material and is more
convenient and easier to handle than conventional liquid
drilling foamers.
