APPLICATION
METHOD:
Roc-It "FloWell"
™ Solid Stick Foamer is most effective if the well is
treated when the flow rate starts to decrease. One to two
sticks dropped down the well via a conventional lubricator
system is sufficient to unload most wells, provided there
is adequate pressure. A common procedure is to drop the sticks
through the lubricator, wait a few minutes for the stick to
reach the fluid column, then slowly return the well to its
normal production. If the well pressure is low and the accumulated
fluid level is high, increase the number of sticks to two
to three and close the well in for one to two hours. Roc-It
"FloWell" ™ Solid Stick Foamer dissolves completely
in all types of produced water. The rate at which they dissolve
will depend on the temperature, motion and salt content of
the produced water. |

DESCRIPTION:
Pro-Finer Roc-It "FloWell"
™ is a concentrated blend of surfactants and foamers
in an easy to use stick form.
It is an effective and economical alternative to expensive
well service operations for the removal of water and gas
condensate from flowing gas wells.
Roc-It "FloWell" ™ is designed for use when
the accumulated fluid column exceeds 1/4 to 1/2 light oil
or condensate.
Roc-It Foam ™ Solid
Stick Foamer is recommended for unloading fluid columns
having lesser volume of oil or condensate. Each stick, when
applied will start to foam immediately on contact with water.
As foam is created, gas pressure increases due to the decrease
in hydrostatic pressure, thus creating more foam until the
well unloads. Roc-It "FloWell" ™ sticks are
safe to handle, effective in all produced water and maintain
optimum foam height, foam integrity and viscosity where
light oil or gas condensate is present. |
